COMMISSION PROCESS
Each project is unique. Prices depend on size, materials, and complexity. A deposit is required to secure Bookings & commissions. Travel for projects can be arranged.
1. INQUIRY & CONCEPT DISCUSSION
Contact via webpage, DM (@iced_outcanvas) or email blvckice.customs@gmail.com
Provide the following details:
Type of artwork (mural, portraits, jacket, branding, painting, etc)
Size & location (if applicable)
Style references or inspirations
Timeline & budget
2. QUOTE & AGREEMENT
Once we review your request, we'll provide:
A price estimate based on size, materials, and complexity
A project timeline
A commission agreement for clarity on expectations and rights
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the project.
3. DESIGN & SKETCH APPROVAL
We’ll create a preliminary sketch or digital concept for approval.
You get ONE round of minor revisions (additional changes may incur fees.)
Once approved, production begins.
4. CREATION & EXECUTION
Murals & large pieces: On-site work begins, scheduled based on weather and accessibility.
Canvases & custom pieces: Work is done in-house with progress updates if requested
5. COMPLETION & FINAL PAYMENT
Once the artwork is finished, you'll receive a preview or an in-person final review.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion.
For Murals, a protective sealant can be applied upon request.
6. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Murals: Left to dry and sealed for durability
Canvas & Smaller works: Shipped or available for local pick-up.
Digital Art: Delivered in high-resolution format.
